Refund POLICY
Welcome to OSMOS Multimedia Pvt Ltd's Refund Policy ("Refund Policy" or "Refund").
1. Refund Policy Terms and Conditions:-
a. Upon completing a Transaction with JewelScribe by making a payment, you, the user, become a subscriber to JewelScribe.com.
b. After this point of completing the transaction, the User is NOT entitled to any refund or cancellation.
c. We understand that there may be special cases for applying for cancellation or refund. In this case, JewelScribe shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
d. A request for refund may be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction. For such a request, a user may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by contacting us at osmos@osmos.net and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required.
e. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
