A Toll-Free call-in phone number is provided to leave recordings
$25.00 per month administrative fee.
Minutes are billed at 65 cents per recorded minute. (Phone System provides number of minute report and is what we will use to bill. The time will be actual phone minutes spent recording or the recording time of a digital .wav/.wma file).
Recordings are transcribed and sent back to client via secure FTP
Direct import tool to pull into CareComplete Case Notes section
Additional services available for purchase such as Microsoft Word documents, etc.
