Digital Recordings primarily come into phone number provided to you by JewelScribe, but you can also use a digital recorder, iPhone, BlackBerry or computer to e-mail files in if needed
$25.00 per month Administrative Fee
Per recorded minute charge of 50 cents. (Phone System provides number of minute report and is what we will use to bill. The time will be actual phone minutes, rounded to the next whole minute, spent recording or the recording time of a digital .wav/.wma file to the next whole minute).
Recordings are transcribed and sent back to client via secure FTP
Direct import tool to pull into CareComplete Case Notes section
Additional services available for purchase such as Microsoft Word documents, etc.
