The JewelScribe Dictation and Transcription service lets you call in your case notes as you go throughout your day. Call your assigned phone number, enter your personalized pin and company information and leave your case note dictation. Our professional transcriptionists will type your words into computer text. The file will then move to a secured FTP location. You will have import software installed on one computer, in your office, that will pull the files down from the secured location and prepare them for import into CareComplete where they will import into the right fields and your case note entries will be done.
